Description
Quick and flavorful bang bang salmon bites recipe flaky oven-roasted salmon cubes coated in spicy-sweet homemade bang bang sauce. Perfect for rice bowls, wraps, or a light dinner.
Ingredients
2 lbs Salmon Filet
2 tbsp Mayo
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Garlic Paste
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
Bang Bang Sauce:
3/4 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Honey
1 clove Garlic, grated or minced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Pat salmon dry and remove skin. Cut into 1–1.5 inch cubes.
3. In a bowl, mix mayo, seasonings, and garlic paste. Toss with salmon and coat evenly.
4. Spread salmon cubes on a lined baking sheet, spaced 1 inch apart.
5. Roast for 10 minutes, then broil 2–3 minutes until golden.
6. In a bowl, whisk together all bang bang sauce ingredients.
7. Drizzle sauce over salmon or serve on the side.
Notes
For spicier bites, add more sriracha or red pepper flakes.
Use Greek yogurt or light mayo for a lighter version.
Serve with rice, salad, or in wraps for a full meal.
Leftovers keep well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
