Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito is a Taco Bell copycat stuffed with grilled chicken, crunchy tortilla strips, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and creamy chipotle and ranch sauce. A flavorful, family-friendly burrito ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
8 large 10-inch flour tortillas
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or Colby Jack blend)
3 oz crunchy tortilla strips or crushed tortilla chips
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce
Instructions
1. Grate cheese, chop lettuce, and dice tomatoes. Warm the grilled chicken.
2. Place tortilla on a clean surface. Add cheese, chicken, sauces, lettuce, tomatoes, and tortilla strips.
3. Fold in the sides and roll into a burrito.
4. Microwave filled burrito for 30 seconds for easier grilling.
5. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Grill burrito seam-side down until golden, flip and grill the other side.
7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
Use store-bought grilled chicken or season and cook your own.
Plain ranch works great if chipotle or avocado ranch isn’t available.
Avoid freezing if using fresh veggies; prep with freezer-safe fillings if needed.
