Ingredients
Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Creamy Mac & Cheese:
8 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp mustard powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let rest 30 minutes.
2. Heat skillet over high heat, add 1 tbsp butter, and sear steak pieces in batches until browned.
3. Reduce heat, add garlic and remaining butter, stir until melted and steak is coated.
4. Boil pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
5. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and slowly add milk. Cook until thickened.
6. Stir in shredded cheese until smooth.
7. Combine pasta with cheese sauce until fully coated.
8. Plate mac and cheese, top with garlic butter steak bites, and garnish with parsley.
