Instructions

  3. Add eggs, protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until fully combined.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and top evenly with berries.
  5. Bake 35โ€“40 minutes until center is set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
