Description

This Instant Pot Peach Cobbler is a fast and comforting dessert packed with juicy peaches and topped with a soft, golden crust.

Ingredients

4 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 box yellow cake mix

1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced

Instructions

1. In a bowl, toss peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.

2. Place mixture in a greased baking dish that fits your Instant Pot.

3. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the peaches. Dot with butter slices.

4. Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot. Place a trivet and lower the dish inside.

5. Cover dish with foil. Seal Instant Pot and pressure cook for 12 minutes.

6. Allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release.

7. Optional: Broil the cobbler for 2–3 minutes for a golden topping.

8. Let cool slightly before serving with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

For added texture, try using a homemade biscuit-style topping. Fresh peaches are ideal, but canned or frozen work well too.
