Creamy, subtly sweet pistachio butter made with just a few ingredients perfect for spreading, dipping, or adding to recipes.
Ingredients
2 cups roasted pistachios (unsalted)
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
1 tsp neutral oil (optional)
Instructions
1. Add roasted pistachios to a food processor.
2. Blend for 1โ2 minutes until crumbly, then scrape down sides.
3. Continue blending until a thick paste forms.
4. Add salt and oil if using; blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the fridge.
Notes
For a sweeter twist, add a teaspoon of maple syrup.
Use warm pistachios for faster blending.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
