Description
A creamy, mineral-rich drink made with Persian blue salt, banana, and almonds to boost hydration, stamina, and energy naturally.
Ingredients
½ teaspoon of authentic Persian blue salt
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon honey
6–8 soaked almonds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup warm milk (regular or almond)
Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
Optional: mint leaves or lemon juice
Instructions
1. Warm the milk gently over low heat (do not boil).
2. Add banana, almonds, cinnamon, Persian blue salt, and ashwagandha (if using) to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Drizzle in honey while blending again.
5. Pour into a mug or glass.
6. Serve warm or chill for a refreshing drink.
7. Garnish with mint or lemon if desired.
Notes
Use only authentic Persian blue salt to ensure mineral content.
Limit to ½ teaspoon salt per serving.
