- 2 pkg crescent rolls
- 1 lb sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 1 pkg country gravy mix
- 6 eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Fiesta blend, etc)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.
- Separate crescent dough into triangles and place points toward the center on parchment paper.
- Press edges together to seal seams, fold around circle to form crust.
- Bake 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare gravy according to package directions, stir in cooked sausage.
- Beat eggs with fork, season with salt and pepper, cook softly set in buttered skillet.
- Spread sausage gravy over hot crust, top with eggs and cheese, optionally sprinkle scallions. Bake 5 more minutes until eggs set and cheese melts.
- Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
- For 2 people, use 1 package crescent rolls, 4 eggs, and half the cheese. Freeze extra sausage gravy.
- If doubling or tripling the recipe, adjust pan size and cooking times accordingly.
