Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups sour cream
4 tbsp taco seasoning (1 packet)
1 cup chopped lettuce
4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese
Corn chips for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
2. Mix in taco seasoning until evenly blended.
3. Spread mixture into a 9-10 inch pie dish in an even layer.
4. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
5. Add sliced olives and jalapeños if using.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
7. Chill until ready to serve or serve immediately with corn chips.
Notes
Use fresh or pickled jalapeños based on your spice preference.
Prepare the base ahead and add toppings just before serving.
