Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed

1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp hot honey

Instructions
1. Roast sweet potatoes at 400°F with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
